JSTDRMN uses LeoOS, a private operations assistant, to help review messages and administrative context for JSTDRMN-owned accounts.

Information We Access

When authorized through Meta, LeoOS may access information from JSTDRMN-owned Instagram professional accounts and linked Facebook Pages, including account identifiers, usernames, message thread metadata, and message content needed to prepare inbox review summaries.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create internal daily briefs, identify messages that may need a response, and prepare recommended replies for human review. LeoOS does not automatically send Instagram messages or autoresponses without human approval.

How We Store Information

Information is stored in local JSTDRMN/LeoOS operational files controlled by JSTDRMN. Access tokens are stored in local restricted files. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent message data. We may share limited operational context internally with JSTDRMN team members who need it to respond to community, artist, event, or administrative messages.

Retention

We keep message review artifacts only as long as useful for operations, troubleshooting, compliance, or continuity of JSTDRMN workflows.
