Privacy Policy

JSTDRMN operates LeoOS, a private operations and productivity assistant used to review messages, administrative context, schedules, and project activity for accounts authorized by their owners.

Information We Access

Google User Data

When explicitly authorized through Google OAuth, LeoOS may access data from Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.

This may include:

  • Email messages, metadata, and thread information
  • Calendar events and scheduling information
  • File names, metadata, and relevant file content
  • Documents, spreadsheets, and presentations needed to provide operational context

Meta and Instagram Data

When explicitly authorized through Meta, LeoOS may access information from JSTDRMN-owned Instagram professional accounts and linked Facebook Pages.

This may include:

  • Account identifiers and usernames
  • Message thread metadata
  • Message content needed to prepare inbox-review summaries

How We Use Information

LeoOS uses authorized information to:

  • Generate private daily operational briefs
  • Identify emails and messages that may require attention
  • Prepare email and message drafts for human review
  • Summarize calendar events and upcoming commitments
  • Identify recent files, project activity, and relevant operational context

LeoOS does not automatically send emails, Instagram messages, or automated responses. Users review and control all drafts and proposed actions.

How We Store Information

Information is stored in restricted local JSTDRMN and LeoOS operational files controlled by JSTDRMN. Access tokens and authentication credentials are stored in restricted local files.

We retain operational information only for as long as necessary to provide LeoOS functionality, troubleshoot issues, maintain workflow continuity, or satisfy applicable legal requirements.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information or message data.

We do not use authorized Google or Meta data for advertising, profiling for advertising, or sale to data brokers.

We do not use authorized user data to train general-purpose or publicly available artificial intelligence models.

Limited operational information may be shared internally with authorized JSTDRMN team members when necessary to respond to community, artist, event, project, or administrative matters.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

Google API Limited Use

LeoOS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your Choices

You may revoke LeoOS’s Google access through your Google Account’s third-party access settings.

You may revoke Meta or Instagram access through the applicable Meta or Instagram account settings.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable information by contacting us.

Security

JSTDRMN uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect authorized information and restrict access to individuals who require it for the purposes described in this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when LeoOS functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
